What does My AI Notes do?

Hit record and My AI Notes handles the rest: it transcribes what was said, writes a clear AI summary, and pulls out your action items automatically — ready by the time you're back at your desk.

How does the free trial and subscription work?

Recording is always free, with no limit. AI processing — transcription, summaries, and action items — is part of My AI Notes Premium: a 3-day free trial, then $19.99/month or $99.99/year (save 58% yearly). You can start the trial from the paywall in the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep AI access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

Re-download My AI Notes, or reinstall it, and sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it's restored automatically once you're signed in.

Why did a note fail to process ("Couldn't process")?

This usually means the transcription or summary step couldn't reach the network — for example, a dropped connection during upload. Open the note and tap Retry once you're back online. Your recording is safe on your device either way.

What languages and iOS versions are supported?

Transcription supports 100+ languages. My AI Notes requires iOS 16 or later.

How private is my data?

Your notes live on your device. Audio and transcript text are sent to AI providers only to transcribe and summarize them — see the Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all its data from inside the app. See Delete Your Account for the exact steps.
