Delete Your Account

You can delete your My AI Notes account and all its data directly from the app, at any time.

Delete in the app

Open My AI Notes and go to Settings.
Under the Account section, tap Delete Account.
Confirm on the "Delete account?" dialog: "All your data will be lost. This can't be undone."

For your security, the app may first ask you to sign out and sign back in ("Please sign in again") before it lets you delete your account. Once you've signed back in, repeat the steps above.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

All data on your device: audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes, action items, search embeddings, and tags.
Your account profile in our cloud database (Firestore).
Any note snapshots you chose to share with us as feedback.
Your sign-in (authentication) account.

This is permanent and can't be undone. There is no recovery once deletion completes.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone — see Support for details.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, email gregory.timofeev@linked-robot.com and ask us to delete your account. We'll complete the request within 30 days.
