Terms of Use
Effective date: 23 August 2026
You get My AI Notes ("the app", "we", "us") through the Apple App Store, so your license to use it is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The additional terms below cover things specific to this app — subscriptions, AI-generated content, and acceptable use. If anything here is unclear, email us at gregory.timofeev@linked-robot.com.
1. Your license — Apple's Standard EULA
My AI Notes is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Please read it here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. That agreement is the governing license for the app — including the scope of your license, the disclaimer of warranties, the limitation of liability, and how it is governed. The app-specific terms below are additional to it. Where these additional terms and Apple's EULA conflict on matters specific to the Apple platform, Apple's EULA governs. Apple is not a party to these additional terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.
2. Subscriptions and billing
My AI Notes is free to download, and recording is always free. AI features — transcription, summaries, and action items — are part of My AI Notes Pro:
- 3-day free trial, then $19.99/month or $99.99/year (save 58% yearly)
- Cancel anytime in your App Store settings
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when the purchase takes effect. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and over time; any change is presented before it applies to you.
3. AI-generated content
The app uses third-party AI services to transcribe recordings and to generate summaries and action items. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for checking anything important before you rely on it or act on it. AI output is not professional advice — it is not legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice — and you should consult a qualified professional for those needs.
4. Your content and ownership
You own the notes and recordings you create. We claim no ownership of your content. We process your content only to provide the app's features — for example, sending audio and transcript text to the AI sub-processors named in our Privacy Policy so the app can transcribe and summarize it. We do not use your note content to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.
5. Acceptable use and recording consent
You may not use the app to record anyone unlawfully. Recording laws differ by place — in some regions you must have the consent of the people being recorded. You are responsible for obtaining any consent that your local law requires and for using the app in line with all laws that apply to you. You also agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Ending your use
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from inside the app — see Delete Account. Termination of your license is governed by Apple's Standard EULA.
7. Changes to these additional terms
We may update these additional terms as the app changes. When we do, we update the effective date above. If you keep using the app after an update, that means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the app.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These additional terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The app is provided by Grigorii Timofeev preduzetnik Beograd, Makenzijeva 37, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these additional terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or anywhere else whose law gives consumers rights that cannot be set aside by agreement, nothing here takes those rights away. You keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Section 1), which carries its own terms. Nothing in this section changes that agreement or your statutory rights.
